The Sainamese Open is a major tennis tournament held annually over the last two weeks of Alvan in Isume, Sainam. First held in 1528, the tournament is chronologically the first of the four Grand Slam tennis events of the year. It is player on hardcourt surfaces since 1562.

This is the OOC page of the IAAD, the International Agency Against Doping. The IAAD is a similar organization to the RL WADA. This means that it is an international organization overseeing and advising domestic or national anti-doping agencies. Besides overseeing anti-doping policies and operations, it runs the ''whereabouts'' system which is a digital system in which athletes have to fill in their whereabouts for every hour of the day so that anti-doping agencies can target them at any time and any place for an out-of-competition doping control. The IAAD also determines the laboratories where collected samples are to be tested and analyzed for possible use of banned substances. The list of banned substances per sports discipline is also internationally determined by the IAAD. The IAAD furthermore conducts research into the field of prevention and detection of doping and it can suspend national anti-doping agencies if there is evidence that they deliberately help athletes to evade detection.
Now I hear some of you (probably 90%) thinking or assuming that ~your~ athletes are ''different'', don't do ''that kinda stuff'', or prefer to win by ''honest means'' because of such and such cultural background or because such and such national morals and values. In reality, no culture, country, or sports discipline is immune to the problem however, because the world of professional sports is much more of a culture of its own than it is of your nation. It has its own morals (only winning counts), the athletes are constantly among each other in a competitive and international environment etc.

Sports is a culture on its own

The world of sports is a culture of its own: athletes live completely different lives from other citizens. They dedicate their entire life-style to one goal: winning. They depend for the rest of their lives on the amount of money they can squeeze out of those 10 to 20 years that they are a professional elite athlete. They spend more time with coaches, trainers, doctors, therapists, sponsors and other athletes than with their own family. They rarely go out and meet people. They spend many days abroad, in international environments, together with other athletes at tournaments and games. Athletes live in a world of their own. Scientific research has shown that within that world, they develop a set of morals and values that apply to that environment - but not to our ordinary domestic societies. The average athlete is insanely self-centered, result-oriented, and amoral. This is because every athlete has a moral compass that places value on physical strength and results, and considers everything else a distraction or even an obstacle.
Stuff like ''fair play'', ''honesty'', or that age-old lie ''competing is more important than winning'', has no place in the mind of a professional athlete. Not that they are against it, it just has no meaning to them because it doesn't help them to win.
All studies have shown doping cuts across cultures and across all sports disciplines as well - even chess players have been caught taking medication to enhance their concentration. In one study, about 25% of the musicians in a competition even admitted to taking banned substances to reduce their anxiety. As a rule of thumb (the studies disagree here), you can say that its a safe assumption that 20% of all athletes is doped. Anti-doping authorities manage to catch only between 1 and 2% of all tested athletes for doping. The vast majority of athletes is never tested, or only once or a few times in an entire year. All anti-doping authorities lack the funds for regular testing, and of the tests that they conduct, the majority of the samples is only screened for substances that are easily identified. More complex tests are not always used due to lack of money. And this still assuming the anti-doping authority is actually trying to catch cheats, and isn't having a hidden agenda.
But the ''will to win'' mentality isn't actually the strongest motivation of athletes to consider doping, research has shown. The most powerful motive to consider doping among athletes is injury: elite sports is in fact unhealthy to the human body, and athletes suffer a great amount of injuries. Many athletes resort to pain-killing medication so they can continue to perform, others resorted to banned substances to speed up their comeback after an injury. If you keep in mind that the average elite athlete will have to work very hard to earn a living, an injury could have a major impact on their financial position. Another common motivation for athletes to resort to doping is to reach the top, when they're just performing under the top level and trying to get there. Among top athletes, then, a powerful motivator is to use doping in order to stay on top - especially because of the fear that the hungry dogs behind them are doing in fact everything to beat them, including doping. Especially in cycling this fuelled a doping arms race in the 1990's. Another key motivator cited by athletes to dope, and which says a lot about human nature, is the lacking risk of getting caught. So if athletes think they can get away with it, that's enough reason for some to do it. These types are the persistent cheats, the ones who will always try to break the rules in their favor.
Most athletes have compared doping to taking a ''shortcut''. Everyone knows you're not supposed to do it, but when no one is watching, it's so easy. It's almost a reflex - trying to make a tough life just a little bit easier. People take shortcuts all the time, in all walks of life, and certainly when no one is looking and we assume of each other that everyone else does it too. No country, no culture, no club, and no sports discipline is immune to this element in our human nature, this ancient biological instinct that tells us to take the easiest route and to conserve our energy.
On top of all that, especially in rl, doping is most of all the product of governments. Ever since the rise of totalitarian states like Nazi-Germany (and the 1936 German Olympics), there have been regimes that poured massive funds into medical research to boost their performances on international sports events for pure propaganda. During the Cold War both West- and East-Germany went as far as stealing and kidnapping each other's scientists in order to beat each others' doping program (the fact that nowadays only East-Germany is associated with state-run doping programs is hypocritical in that respect). Not a single Olympic Games edition has gone without massive doping abuse. Even the ones after the Cold War, in the 1990's and 2000's, were still surrounded by the same habits and doctors. The Greek government ran a doping program for the 2004 Athens Olympics, Beijing 2008 was probably no different (given the nature of the Chinese regime), and at the London Olympics of 2012 and the Sochi Olympics of 2014 we can now safely assume the entire Russian delegations were on the sauce. So aside from the individual mentalities of athletes, politics plays a role as well.
I'm posting this page to let everyone know such an organization exists (feel free to refer to it in sports related RP's), I also recommend people to PM me some useful tips about cheats they know of, request advice for your domestic anti-doping measures, or if you want to boost your athletes' performances, send me a PM with the title ''I want to win at all costs and I am up to no good'' with the requests, that I will treat with great descretion and professionalism. Just like the Italian Dr. Conconi, who first introduced the drug EPO into cycling and then simultaneously worked for the Italian anti-doping agency CONI, doping specialists often work on both sides. The IAAD is no different.
The IAAD still needs a seat however. If anyone wishes to volunteer his country (it needs to be a politically stable country, with no controversies or human rights issues, and a reputation of political neutrality - so Switzerland or Canada-like). Does anyone also want to volunteer some person to be the chairman of the IAAD? Otherwise I'd probably pick some Nylander dude.
Anti-doping agencies
All countries have their own national anti-doping authorities (NADA's). These are funded by their respective governments, and are charged with overseeing national anti-doping regulations. They are also charged with conducting doping controls by so-called doping control officials (DCO). These are in-competition controls and out-of-competition controls, and they include randomly selected athletes for testing, specific high-risk categories (think of the best performing athletes), and so-called ''targeted tests'', which are athletes specifically targeted for testing because there is sufficient reason to believe they may be violating anti-doping regulations.
The IAAD and the NADA's have access for example to an athlete's biological passport (ABP), which is a digital system that monitors biological markers that could indicate unnatural physical manipulation. The ABP alone is insufficient evidence for a so-called ''Adverse Analytical Finding'' (AAF), but may be used for targeted testing or the re-testing of old samples, or to combine with other evidence in building a case. The ABP may be used to issue temporary bans on athletes for health reasons when their biological values are showing signs of potential health risks. The IAAD has to approve requests of athletes for ''Therapeutic Use Exemptions'' (TUE) for medication that is on the list of banned substances, but which they require for medical reasons.
Aside from the NADA's, sports federations also conduct their own anti-doping controls. The Sioran Cycling Association and SIFA for example, are responsible for conducting the anti-doping controls within the environment of their own competitions and sports events, making use of the IAAD accredited laboratories.
Below the NADA's there are also so-called Regional Anti-Doping Authorities, usually charged with conducting anti-doping operations within a specific region for smaller sports events, involving only national, semi-professional and amateur athletes.
Doping Controls
When an athlete is singled out for testing, a DCO has to identify himself and will not leave until he has collected the sample. The athlete has to sign a form that he is aware of his rights and obligations. The athlete has a right to pick a sample collection vessel from three different vessels. 90 ml of urine is then collected, or blood (can be both), the DCO must have a clear view to ensure that nothing is added to the urine by the athlete and to ensure he gives his own urine. The sample is split over two bottles which will be sealed and called Sample A and Sample B. The laboratory cannot know to which athlete the samples belong. The samples will be tracked until the reach an IAAD accredited laboratory. Sample A will be tested for prohibited substances or signs of manipulation, Sample B will be stored. If Sample A produces an ''Adverse Analytical Finding'', the athlete is informed. He has the right to request a re-test of his B-Sample, and he has the right to personally observe the analysis in the laboratory. If the B-sample also produces an AAF, it is considered a positive for doping and the athlete is immediately suspended. The athlete may appeal his suspension before the Court of Arbitration of Sports.

Welcome to the page of Positive about Autism Society. The society was set up with branches in Mandavine Union,Goldecia and Eskkya to promote a positive perception of those on the spectrum. James Perrier-Abbott set up the organisation in 1587 after becoming sick of the negative stereotypes and feeling that other charities had it wrong. He thought it was wrong that society sees his sons and others like them as the ones who are "wrong", he disagreed. He believed society needed to change to accept neuro-diversity. The global charity operates as coordinator between the nationa charities. Nation charities operate care services that value and celebrate the individual and their autism and also operates services such as the autistic helpline and also education services. It has national Autistic councils and Autistic Youth Councils in each country it operates in where people on the spectrum are helped to campaign for their rights.Each organisation lobbies their local governments and campaigns on Autism right and rights for Neurodivergent in general The organisation is run with the following principles:
1:To portray the positive abilities and traits of autistic people as well as campaigning for help to overcome their challenges so they can reach their full potential. The charity will offer services to this end.
2:Will campaign for good services for Autistic people and their families so they can achieve their full potential
3:Will campaign for society change to truly accept neurodiversity and difference. It is the societies lack of clarity that is disabling not autism.
4:Autistics will be involved at all levels of the organisation from the bottom to the councils advising governments, businesses and international ngo's to the charities board and management. This society is to be Autistic led.
5:To care for those who cannot care for themselves in an environment that gives them dignity , a social life and the maximum independence possible.
PAAS will campaign for the following laws wherever they are operating in the world:
1:A neurodiversity act securing rights of the neurodivergent
2: Ban on ABA ,medical model treatments and any quack cures or marketing therapies as being able to cure Autism
3: Sensory rooms to be in all public buildings where possible.
Furthermore we support Autistic Pride events and Lighting it up Gold for Autism around the world.Other campaigns may be fought if needed locally.

Following the merger of the Royal Conservatives and MDA both leaders have decided they will not run for leadership of the merged party. The job of the new leader will be to unite the centre right to right base that both parties covered and work to create a party electable following the crushing results of the previous leader with the aim of getting into power within 10 years and starting to take back ground in the councils.
How the system works:
The Conservative Democratic Party elections runs on an electoral college. There are 4 main components that give points:
Business and Enterprise Council:Guilds and business associations have representatives on the council. These play a part in party policy and also have a vote in the leadership elections. The council is made up of 150 Business Council Representitives. The council allocates 25 points proportionally.
Popular Election:This bloc is worth 50 points allocated according to the public members vote.
MP Bloc:All elected MP's and local party leaders get to vote for party leader. Currently this means 42 MP's . There are 25 points to be gained here.
Local Leaders Bloc:All 38 Local party leaders vote. This block is worth 25 Points.The system is proportional.
