This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit Eternity RPC (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this information as “Support Information.” However, this information is stored only on Paypal and not on the Site or Hostgator and we are consequently unable to modify it. We also collect and store your E-mail address, timezone information, and any other information you choose to submit to your profile or post anywhere on the Site, including age, sex, date of birth, location. Providing your E-mail address is mandatory to create and maintain a user account, and participate on the Site. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Support Information. Your Personal Information does not include Content you provide to the Site, but simply information or data that may identify you. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site. Your E-mail address is used to maintain and track your user account, while any other information you choose to provided is stored to improve your experience and truthfully distribute your Content. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION Your Personal Information is stored by Hostgator, who uses it to maintain our website. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. We do not share your Personal Information with any other third party. DO NOT TRACK Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. YOUR RIGHTS If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact the Chief Administrator or the email available in the "Contact Us" section. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your Personal Information in order to provide to you our service. Please note that your personal Information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States. DATA RETENTION We will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Be aware that asking us to delete your Personal Information will result in your user account's termination and you will no longer be able to participate on the Site. MINORS The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 14. CHANGES We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
