Basically kinda like F1 but for this world. You enter a team per motor company with two racers , tell me what the focuses are then I run the Races
Examples of points distribution:
Acceleration 9 Cornering 8 Reliability:8
Acceleration 8.4 Cornering 9.2 Reliability 7.4
Acceleration 9.2 Cornering 8.8 Reliability 7
In terms of funding a spending each team is allowed to spend $250 million. The engine is up to the team as well as design aspects as long as they follow safety regulations. The only other regulations are rules on tyre usage with 4 tyre changes allowed a weekend and max 8 engines per year per car.You have 1 point to distribute per $10 million with maximum 10 per category.
DNF's may be the result of engine failure. If this is the case then new engines will be needed and count towards the cap. This will be determined by a heads or tails coin flip.

Basically am proposing that Sindar Astrasia and possibly falsea join the KEC. The campaign would be con economic benefits and technological advantages to be gained since they would be pooling resources and reducing barriers with their big neighbours who are all KEC. It would also make their systems slightly more efficient by harmonising some standards locally and procedures.Also important is Hylis basically agreeing to the new KEC terms.

How the court works:
- Seats in the supreme court are filled by characters that successive people who control the presidency of Nyland have created. The people who create these characters thus get to act as these characters, unless they pass them along to someone else.
- When one character is removed from the list, the person who is President of Nyland will send the filled form below to the person who is the speaker, whose responsibility it is to bring the character forward to the Assembly for a confirmation vote. If confirmed, the character will be added to this thread and the list above.
- Chief Justices will be selected from among the Associate list by our President, just to make it easier.
- The Supreme Court exists to settle and RP matters of constitutionality. If or when constitutional questions arise, the people here are expected to participate if able.
- random.org will be used to determine if someone dies while in office, unless someone RPs a reason. Otherwise, you can resign a character at any time for either RP or RL reasons.

Kvennan Economic Community Treaty
In the interests of regional peace, stability and prosperity the undersigned agree to the following.
Article I:
Every nation shall drop trade barriers for members of the Kvaennan Economic Community
Article II:
All tariffs shall be dropped by member nations on trade with member nations of the KEC
Article III:
All financial service companies shall be able to freely offer products across all member states of the KEC providing they meet the state's regulatory standards.
Article IV:
The KEC shall establish a fully open aviation market within the KEC free trade zone with standardised aviation regulations
Article V:
All service companies and media companies shall have the freedom to operate in any KEC member state providing they meet the state's professional and censorship standards as clearly outlined by the member states government
Article VI:
A Kvaennan Assembly made up of 8 elected or selected members from each member state shall decide on consumer, environmental and worker protection rules and come up with common standards for products , services and financial products across the KEC area.Standards will be written in conjunction with the KEC commission made up of 2 members from each member state.The method of election or selection shall be decided by the member state.
Article VII:
The Kvaennan Commission shall have the power to negotiate on trade treaties with outside nations and blocs but these have to be approved by the Kvaennan Assembly and every member state head of state or government.
Article VIII:
Any membership applications or amendments require 66% of member states to vote in favour for the proposal to pass
Article IX:
Unless an opt-out occurs overseas territories of countries shall count as members of the KEC though they may not get seats on the Assembly and may only have observer seats at Commission and in heads of state meetings
Article X:
Governments may choose to have and protect nationalised Utility, Water , and Steel Industries.
Article XI:
A Kvaennan Space Agency shall be funded by nations of the KEC that join the programme with an equal amount of members each on the board
Article XII:
1.1Nations shall share intelligence and law enforcement resources through Kvaennapol
1.2 Nations shall be able to issue warrants through the Kvaennapol system
Article XIII:
Kvaennan development shall be encouraged through a Kvaenna Social and Development Fund and Kvaenne Infrastructure Fund which shall invest in infrastructure, economic, cultural projects and public services in member nations
Article XIV:
Regulations shall be enforced by the Kvaennan Joint Regulatory Agency
Article XV:
The KEC shall conist of the following agencies:Kvaennan Space Agency,Kvaennapol, Kvaenna Social and Development Fund , Kvaenna Infrastructure Fund and Kvaenna Joint Regulatory Agency. Each member state shall get 1 member on the board.
Article XVI:
Member states may leave the Kvaennan Economic Community in according with their own parliamentary, legislative or voting procedures on such matters.Upon doing so they shall enter a 2 year transitional period of negotiations to decide the future relationship.
