The Ishnalli finally, albeit indirectly, admitted they were in New Zealmark. They demanded the complete withdrawal or surrender of Soyabarian forces in New Zealmark before they'd even come to the table. As a show of good will, they gave the Soyabarians 24 hours to withdraw without being attacked--but any Soyabarian troops still within New Zealmark afterwards were to surrender. After those 24 hours, the Ishnalli would continue their attack on Soyabarian hardpoints. The Ishnalli guaranteed the safety of all Soyabarian soldiers that surrendered.

In the meantime, the Ishnall continued their advance. They needed to control as much of New Zealmark as possible to have the strongest negotiating position possible. While the Ishnalli did refrain from bombing the Soyabarians, they nonetheless intended to reach the western border of New Zealmark--and encircled any Soyabarian positions in between.

The New Zealmarkian people demand and have a right to self-determination in whatever way they see fit.  Any conditions to a surrender will not be accepted, unless something otherwise has been suggested by the other intervening parties. Until these are met, we will not be lifting our blockade. Should the blockade be violated in anyway your ships will be fired upon. Should Arkianian ships be fired upon, it will be responded with declaration of war.

The Ishnalli's advance was relentless. But they forgot that the Soyabarians together with New zealmarkian volenteers not only knew the terrain better but where also in very good positions of defence. Were encriclement happened they forced retreat upon the Ishnalli's by attacks from the rear to keep their original defensive line. It seemed to be that the greatest Ishnallan weakness was Feigned retreats And so the soyabarians kept holding on to their lines with minimal losses and the fight could continue.

Your Majesty,

The official goverment in exile has the following to say, We believe in our democracy and the coup orchestrated against us, unlawfull. The people may have spoken but these people are a minority and didn't even partake in any elections. We have evidence given to us by the soyabarian army, confirmed by our own intelligence services that they hired penal battallions to help them out even before our greedy opportunistic neighbours on the land invaded our lands.I intend to oversee the peacetalks on the authority given to me by the current system and then hold open and free elections to all the zealmarkians to vote in.
If it was currently beneficial to my country I would leave the Soyabarian commonwealth right now, as it seems to be that Soyabar only leads us to war instead of protecting the land.

Now the message from the high command

Your majesty,
We humbly respect your decision to blockade our shipping. With the same humblesness we would like to ask 2 things of you.
The guarantee that our medical supplies get trough, as well as the material needed to hold our lines. We are under strict orders not to do anything on the offensive.
The second thing we humbly request that you, your majesty, intervene in the way of getting the peace talks going between our nations and the Ishnallans and the Svarna's in one big peace conference. After which the soyabarian army will dissappear from this region, only being active for a short while to get the retreat properly going

As the campaign progressed Svarna Suryan high command echoed the statement of the Ishnalli authorities. The lines progressed forward with the tank divisions breaking through. The Soyabarans may have had defensive positions but the fact was they were outnumbers at least 5 to 1. The numbers were on the side of Svarna. Any troops that attempted to flee were captured and held as prisoners of the war. The Svarnan government sent the message. They were to leave before negotiations begin. Negotiations would only begin once Soyabar had left for good. These were the conditions before peace talks would begin.Otherwise the war would continue.

Soyabarian response to the svarnan attack

Once the officers on the ground learned that svarna had attacked they fell on the ground laughing. Most of them had here before fightning the Svarnans and they actually had expierence against them.
The Svarnan armor came trough but even some common soldiers, many of the IIL, knew the weaknesses of the armor and countered it with ease. Those tanks that did not get blown up by the defending aircraft got simply rendered unusable by the soyabarian guns. They held out and still held tricking the enemy into being encircled and crushed.
The Numbers of Svarna were indeed astonishing but it gave them a false sense of security, they had entered a slautherhouse for now.

The Svarnan units had learnt from the last war the capabilities in New Zealmark and typical strategies. They'd also learnt typical defensive formartions. They had also researched during the build up current positions of defensive fortificactions. They knew they were likely to lose a fair amount of soldiers and tanks despite their improved military. When the airforce came in they used their advanced fighters to counter the Soyabaran fighters.The Svarnan army was no walk in the park. They made sure to not break rank on the line and defend any of the flanks. The second Svarnan army moved to open a second front working with ishnallans to make it a three front war stretching out the New Zealmark and Soyabarian forces. The Svarnan military managed to cause a big amount of damage. They knew the fight would be hard but this time they had far better equipment than previous and the advantage of the bigger numbers enabling them to stretch the smaller military they were fighting. They would stretch the enemy until they got split up enough to break through.

General New zealmarkian Front.

A deal had been struk between Ishnalla, soyabar, New Zealmark and Svarna in a top secret location. So now what had to be done is stop the fight and pack up. At least for the Soyabarian forces in the conflict. On the agreed upon hour All stopped fightning. The first commonwealth war was over and was followed by the immidiate collapse of it.

On the soyabarian defensive line, those who still lived crawled out of their foxholes in sadness and trust that their former enemies would not shoot at them, many of them relieved that they made it. Even if they had lost the war they had overcome great odds. Then everywhere the last post sounded to mourn the dead, right at where the front line used to be.
The IIL that had been a herioc most fiercesome performance in the war had it number reduced from 5500 to a mere 2750 men, right after the war ended 150 of them, to ashamed to come home alive in defeat killed themselves after the last post sounded.Which horrified the normal army battallions that they did so. Even tough they knew they were expected to be victorius or die trying and even with the direct order from the emperor that they had to stand down too they felt ashamed to do so.

After a brief resting period after the front went quiet the soyabarian started to move the dead and wounded from the battlefields and packed up their stuff and slowly make their way to the closest harbor where they would board their ships and go home. The dead and wounded first then the survivors. But it would be a slow proces because the navy was damaged too of this war and even with a last act of service of New Zealmark, which had to leave the commonwealth or fear a fate worse than total destruction this retreat went slow.

But the war was finally over.

With the conclusion of the war, Arkianian ships returned to their ports after the blockade lifted.
