Show ContentForeign Policy: Center:
The NKR supports "militant isolationism, situational interventionism" in that they want a strong and well equipped military to maintain Nylander isolationism, but will bow to the fact that some international situations require a strong hand to fix, a hand that only Nyland can provide. Support of the military-industrial complex is paramount as a supplier of jobs, and a method of maintaining Nyland as a strong and independent nation. The NKR is anti-migrant, and anti-refugee.
Show ContentEconomics: Right:
The NKR endorses "free markets and capitalism, favoring supply-side economics," hailing it as the only method of maintaining Nylander socio-economic, innovative, and technological superiority. The NKR supports broad tax cuts for corporations and small businesses, and incentives to keep manufacturing "at home." They also support tariffs on internationally produced goods being imported to Nyland by Nylander companies. They realize that to "safeguard democracy, government intervention and budget deficits may sometimes be necessary". They also "stress that while free markets do provide material goods in an efficient way, they lack the moral guidance human beings need to fulfill their needs."
Show ContentPolitical Centralization: Center-Right:
The NKR is a strong proponent of states rights, arguing that "a smaller central government allows states to make the most important decisions at a lower level, which allows for a freer society by giving more people access to the decision making process."
Show ContentCivil Rights: Center-Left:
The NKR is a strong supporter of individualist rights, stating that "individualism is the driving force of democracy, individualism is inherently free, and as such an individualist is the freest person in the world."
The NKR also argues that if a smaller more state oriented government is desired, individualism is a natural stance to take.
Show ContentSocial Welfare: Right:
NKR welfare policy places emphasis on religiously oriented charities playing a vital role in fostering benevolence and patriotism. As such, NKR supports non-taxable status for religious organizations and not-for-profit charities. NKR politicians support treating welfare as a "step-up, rather than a way of life."
Show ContentCongressional Relations:
The NKR views the Progressive Conservative Party as "begrudging natural allies." While they agree in part with aspects of the PCP's policies the NKR thinks that the PCP either goes too far, or not far enough depending on the area of policy. The NKR views the Ultranationalists as "idealistic, but good natured." It directly opposes the National-Communist Party. It otherwise has no official opinions on any of the other parties, aside from opposing or supporting policies that they disagree or agree with.
