Factbook thread

Could there be a factbook section on the board for those who don't know how to use the wikis maybe organised so each nation has their own factbook section that wants it. Reason I' saying this is not everyone is good at wikis and coding and sometimes need the forums help like buttons for certain functions for example.

For the record, the wiki does have buttons that'll do the coding for you:


Basic wikiediting--filling in templates, writing text articles--is easy as all hell once you actually take 15 minutes to understand what the limited codes do (the code in that image up there is honestly 70%+ of what you'll use, sans templates and luxury tables and images). The hardest thing is probably tables, and your first template or three (cause templates are literally setting parameter = value).

But that's moot.

The Directorate has opted to set up a humble Factbooks forum for the database system old guard. There won't be individual forums for each country (though the Directorate may create some for select NPCs), though it'll be an alternative to the wiki.
