FYI: RP 1200 BCE is 750sh BCE RL. Proto-Angirisians/Pythians/not-Greeks did explore and establish city-states along the blue here, but I'm a little skeptical they'd have wandered all the way down south, especially without touching Mestra.
I'd say it'd be more fitting for pre-Mestrans to have colonized Arkiana that early. I don't have any Mestran history for that period, tho. Both pre-Mestrans and pre-Angirisans ended up absorbed into the Galasian empire which spawned in 720 BCE, but they weren't fully annexed until 300 BCEish.
I feel it'd be best for you to try to see what pre-Mestrans were up to at the time. But if that doesn't work with you, /maybe/ we can work with the Pythian part of the not-Greek families. But we may still need Mestra for that.
