Brief description of your country
Solhaven is a collection of largely autonomous city-states in northeastern Kvaenna. Each city-state largely controls its own domestic policies but all foreign policy control is sent off to the Confederate Representative Council, the ruling body of the entire country made up of representatives from each city-state that meet in the capital city of Hyperion. Each city-state controls its own local police forces and militias but a larger combined Confederate military is equipped to deal with threats to all of the nine city-states.

Brief Summary of how you'd like your country to fit in the world
Solhaven is largely neutral, with no real significant slant one way or the other. This would make it a fair diplomatic power. Its military strength is enough to defend itself from invaders if need be, but the Confederacy would be loath to use it. Economically, it's not much stronger than most of its neighbors and freely trades with just about anyone.
