Esteemed cartographer, thank you for your work in codifying international borders. An issue has been raised about the borders of a neighboring robber-baron state, the Federal Republic of Elanii and Warhin. A draft of their cartographical information displayed them with a small amount of coastline. While the MANINTERN wishes this were so, the mercenary Elanii in fact possess a very long stretch of southern coastline and only expand about halfway up the Vestor Licit People's Mandate in the north.
