The borders of the Vestor Licit People's Mandate may be pushed in towards the Gulf as required by international law, but retain the same basic shape of following the Gulf Coast except where the stated borders of the Licit Chiri Mandate exist.
Both parties consent to both nations existing on the map as named. Further political disputes will occur in proper diplomatic channels. The Licit Chiri Mandate is capable of defending its borders independent of the MANINTERN via the National Tactical Committee and intends to prove so in further communiques.
