From what I understand, you guys want something like this, with blue being Vestor Licit, and south of red being the secessionist/recognition-seeking Licit Chiri? All of the blue is a bit much. I can give you something around green instead, and we could use the gulf as a natural border between Vestor Licit and Licit Chiri.
Additionally, I need to know how independent Licit Chiri actually is, to best depict the situation on the map. Does Licit Chiri have a functioning government that does not recognize Vestor Licit's as its higher authority and has taken steps to militarily safeguard its sovereignty?
