The Licit Chiri Mandate occupies a stretch of coast and coastal mountains on the southern continent, beginning in the west on the western coast of the Green Gulf and ending in the east halfway between the western coast of the Green Gulf and the eastern coast of the Skathian Sea. From the coast, Chiri territory progresses north into the mountains halfway up the length of the Green Gulf.

The Licit Chiri Mandate is a pure governmental meritocracy, where all citizens are empowered to labor for the state's benefit. Distinction is honored with promotion in citizen tier, which results in additional privileges for the citizen. All industries are socialized in the syndicalist model, with Tier One citizenry retaining the right to a Benevolent Veto of lower tiered citizens' decisions.

Brief Summary of how you'd like your country to fit in the world
The Licit Chiri Mandate works closely with the Vestor Licit People's Mandate as part of the MANINTERN, the international movement of Mandate states desiring empowerment of the citizen through empowerment of the state. The Licit Chiri Republic is most well known for its skilled labor force and vast natural resources, both of which mutually enrich Vestor factories. Chiri citizens favor enlistment in the armed forces of the National Tactical Command rather than the Vestor Mandate Ranger Corps, and NTC headquarters and bases reside primarily in Chiri borders as a result.
