"Viracho" sounds like something I'd consume on a Tuesday at about 5PM
I like 'Xia' for the Asian-like one, it's a name with very old roots in China but I just like it and it hearkens back to a very ancient era of NS RP for some of us here as well.
To go on the root of the World's name being the same for EU/NA, Eperos "ee-peer-ohss" is from the Greek word for Continent.
South America/Africa? By the same sort of logic "Nahiya" is the Hausa (Nigerian-ish) word for continent.

I am the absolute worst when it comes to names, but I'll try to think of something.

This is just a random thing I'm going to throw in, not sure if it'll help with deciding names since it's only relevant to the English language but hey.
In English, all continent names start and end with the same letter. And only one of those continent names doesn't start and end with A (that one is Europe).
Just a fun fact. We don't have to follow this rule for this world (in fact I really like Xia for the Asian continent), but hey it's out there now so yeah.

Everyone cool with Xia and Eperos? I personally really like both of those.
Sal's the only one on the South America/Africa continent so let's get their input on its name since they probably have some ideas.

I have Kitezh in mind for some reason. It comes from Russian mythology, used to refer to a mythical monastery that vanished in a lake during a Tatar siege, drowning the Tatars. Only the holiest men can hear the chants of the Kitezh monks in the distance from under the water. Its definetely not some Russian copy-cat story of Atlantis.

All the names I tend to come up with are lame, but uhh...
Ideas for the light green/South America analogue.
Some Quechua-inspired ideas (for pronunciation, stress goes on the penultimate syllable; it's TAco, not taCO.):
- Runa - From the word for "people", [Runa llaqta].
- Alpa or Aipa - From the word for "land", [Allpa].
- Cararca - From the phrase "to feed thousands of people", [Pachan qararqan].
- Colcaya or Coicaya - From the word for "fertile", "lush", or "wealthy", [Qollqeyoq].
- Cumir or Caimir - From the word or "green", [Q'umir].
Some Aymara-inspired ideas (honestly, no clue how this language is pronounced but assuming it's similar, so use the rule above.):
- Utana - From the word for "homes", [Utanakasa].
- Usuri - From the word for "abundant", "wealthy", or "bountiful", [Usuri].
- Cawaia or Cawaya - From the word for "vast" or "wide", [Qawaya].
Or just choose a random Aztec or Incan god[dess] and use that. Whichever.
