THE SENATE - BREAKING NEWS: The Imperial Senate has just finished voting on a declaration of war on the Kingdom of New Galasia, specifically targeting the Alsace coup government. The Senate vote was 62 for and 17 against, awaiting Chancellor Aerandariel Apotecarius's signature. Specifically omitted from the declaration was the separatist Rojadavi Republic, the rebelling monarchist forces and the Akhadist-controlled territories in Eastmarch. The Senate's declaration declared all three groups to be "non-aggressive combatants towards the Angirisian Empire at this time."
This marks the official beginning of the long-awaited Angirisian intervention in the Galasian civil war, which has raged for four years, cost thousands of lives, and driven hundreds of thousands from their homes.
