Stage 1 | Flat stage - 156 km
The first stage, ended in a mass sprint as predicted, was won by Nylander sprinter Derryl Benjaminson (Dido-GDC), who defeated Lomarran Simone di Muzio (Nenergo) and Ceribian Sergo Gvarjaladze (Bagdati).
Stage 2 | Hilly stage - 187 km
Simone di Muzio was close to win the stage again, by this time who was defeated by Vallish sprinter Christophe Villiers (Anzcell). The Lomarran sprinter could take the red jersey as a consolation.
Stage 3 | Flat stage - 198 km
The third stage was calmer for the peloton that the previous stage, but decided again in a mass sprint. Mordvanian sprinter Miroslav Gradishar (Iskra Team) won the stage, defeating Galeaen Melker Rausing and Ceribian Sergo Gvajaladze. Simone di Muzio, who finished sixth, continued as leader of the general classification, taking the leadership of the Points classification as well.
Stage 4 | Hilly stage - 157 km
The fourth stage, which included a hill in the final kilometres, brought minor differences in the general classification. KyrzAir riders were particularly active in the final kilometres, but it was Florinthian Stanley Langdon (Luft Wurberg) who won the stage, defeating Kyrzbekistani Damir Zagipur (KyrzAir) in the final metres.
Derryl Benjamin recovered the red jersey, with Radak Ilsatur (KyrzAir) at 2 seconds and Di Muzio at five seconds.
