Could the Mandavine nations perhaps agree a new expanded treaty for the community like this.

Thinking these nations Mandavine Union, Lusby and Corwyn, Magentina, Bisica Caladria, Argune, Brennangen Islands, Saint Miquel, Saint Artine for either full membership or associate membership.
