Majority Belay land though by a long way.

But now it’s going to look ugly... and Severyane doesn’t even have a majority of its own ethnicity in the Far East... so we’re used to that.

Even if you take some of that northern state that is majority belay transitional council would insist on keeping control of the main river source since thats vital for national security but they will definitely oppose any of the northwestern state being lost.

Severyane is trying to seize something along the lines of this... obviously lines will make the border look nicer.

Yeah that's not happening .Belay control of the river is non negotiable.Maybe part of the northwest state is possible but not that much with the vostic state and eretzoras portion it pretty much leaves belay with half the land it has right now.
