Penal Brigades for Sale and Lease

Esteemed nations, in a spirit of international cooperation, defense, and commerce, CT1/MT1 leadership is pleased to announce the expansion of the penal brigade service to the international community. Penal brigades can be a cost-effective, rapidly deployed supplement to national military forces, especially for campaigns with heavy casualties or guerrilla warfare predicted.

In an additional spirit of additional cooperation, the first nation to apply for penal brigade ownership will have all fees and costs waived.

Host nations: Penal brigades are mechanized infantry brigades consisting of six 600-man light infantry battalions, one support and logistics battalion, and one transport battalion. Penal brigadiers are excellent shock troops, human wave participants, distractionary forces, and forces to cover retreats, and the Vestor Licit People's Mandate Armed Forces covers all transport and resupply duties free of charge for the host nation. Human rights advocates: Penal brigadiers are citizens of the lowest tier (CT/MT13) who have been demoted there for Minor Treason, gross incompetence resulting in loss of life, and other fatal crimes. Each of them has caused the deaths of others and deserve no remorse. They have elected of their own free will to forego typical MT13 high-attrition duties such as Fuel Duty, Tetranetazine Loading/Unloading, and Experimental Treatment Subject in exchange for a tour of duty in a penal brigade. All surviving penal brigadiers receive uptiering to MT9 and cessation of all MT13 high-attrition duties upon the completion of a one-year tour of duty in a heavy combat zone*, as well as third-degree hazard pay.

*To qualify as heavy combat zone service, penal brigadiers may not:

• Ask for or accept asylum in the host nation or any other nation
  
• Ask for or accept monetary, medical, or material aid from the host nation or any other nation
  
• Ask for or accept evacuation or support when the brigade commanding officer has not authorized such
  
• Ask for or accept lower-risk orders than the host nation has originally given
  
• Suffer less than thirty percent casualties in his or her battalion during the tour of duty

First, penal brigades may also be contracted for high-attrition construction and fortification work instead of only combat. All restrictions on the definition of Heavy Combat Zone Service still apply.

Second, we are pleased to offer brigaders of Special Ethnic Groupings which have relaxed attrition requirements, up to and including Total Attrition. Consider utilizing a company or two of SEG brigadiers if you wish to remain totally unworried about the attrition rate of your contracted brigadiers.
