Apologies for the delay, Deckard-kun.
Oertha's already serving as our External Liaison to the Angirisian Empire, so that's covered. Since you were first a Member of Eternity, you won't be remasked into a Foreign Liaison (they're like External Liaisons, but from abroad) unless you explicitly request it, but be aware that Foreign Liaisons have fewer privileges.
Unfortunately, Board Administration has determined that having dozens of low-use, non-domestic forums (we're looking ahead and pretending we can popular) is not ideal and so decided to not create a dedicated forum for every region that wishes for one. The Embassy Square has instead been redeveloped into a communal environment and you may post in it at your pleasure. Should the Angirisian diplomatic delegation be extraordinarily active, Board Administration may assign it a dedicated forum.
