"To start things off, I would like to welcome you all to Saratov. The purpose of this meeting as I am sure you all know is to improve cooperation between the people of Marzanna and unite towards a common goal of prosperity, and freedom throughout the region. The discussion of this meeting is to unify customs and eliminate travel restrictions, and to ease restrictions on trade. Afterwards, we are to move on to discussions about further cooperation. So to start we would like Videjszeme's
