So we have a "Draft Post" feature. I didn't even notice until just now, and I feel it is an underutilized feature.
You can see the option when you click on "New Reply" to a thread, and you are taken to the full reply screen. At the bottom, you will see "Post Reply," "Preview Post," and "Save as Draft," or something thereabouts. When you click "Save as Draft," progress on your post - including any formatting - will be saved to the forum for you to come back and edit later. It's a neat way to save your draft posts for later editing without having to rely upon external programs; your post will always be here for you to resume when you're able.
You can do neat stuff with it, such as stockpiling multiple replies to a thread that you can then release over time as needed. Or making multiple posts/threads with the same template information that you then just fill in and post as needed, such as with Elections threads, or Voice of Siora. Or keep them unposted and use them as thread notes without having to remember where you saved your thread notes.
Unfortunately, this feature is not marketed well, and the only way to access it is through a buried menu item of your User CP. This is such a useful feature, that I recommend having this page accessible under the User CP quick-access dropdown at the top of the page.
