Hello
ARC would like to make a land claim, assuming admin approval, for the little island south of Sa'uathporta saraha for a foxtrot site as part of an agreement with Svarna Surya.
To quote the agreement with BrumBrum1:
"Okay the boring bit, Part 1: ARC is willing to survey you nation if commissioned to do so by your government to identify resource sites of interest, and will employ at least 50% of it's employees locally at European rates.
Part 2 If sufficient sites of interest are identified, ARC will request a Land lease of [Island south of Sa'uathporta saraha] for ARC operations, as well as at identified resource sites and will develop the sites providing all developmental investments are tax deductible. All direct employees of ARC will be paid at European rates, subsidiaries at Chinese rates and third party contractors at local rates. Furthermore ARC is willing to develop transport infrastructure to these site, but requests subsidies to do so and the right to charge tolls and licensing fees.
I could go into more detail if I make an official proposal document, but how's that sounding to you? operations would start coastally then move inward as infrastructure improves, I would sell domestically first then to the open market. Unofficially all secondary subsidiaries will hire to maximise corporate integration with local media, military and government to maximise corporate influence and survival in case of further coups. "
"sounds good"
And with regards to local resources expected pending approval:
"ask admins but its rich in metals
theres some oil and gas"
ARC's policy will be to create gated communities at it's land lease sites where it will keep to it's self with exception to key transport routes to the coastline, only interacting with the outside via secondary subsidises (Which may act in and outside compound) and third party contractors (Which may only act outside of the compound). Employees are free to enter and leave as they please but are subject to search and security checks upon entry and leaving. Foreign employees will be encourage to stay inside, or if necessary go out with a native employee. ARC will continue to employ in a absolute meritocratic fashion but secondary and tertiary organisations will act in a more "culturally sensitive" manner.
