A Chikasu and Kazemura that get along and work closely together are much stronger than each one separately. Unfortunately, Chikasu has disagreed with this assertion. It is regrettable that I lack the weight the change their mind." Or did they disagree with the person making it? It could be argued that it was Maki's unpopularity and suspected corruption that made Chikasuns view her trade agreement with equal suspicion.
