Ogo Accounts:
1:All Ogo accounts not from blogs and used for Ogobook other than business or official accounts must use real names
2:Ogo can ban accounts if they break the following conditions:
1:Highly Sexualised content such as pornography
2:Unacceptably violent or graphic content
3:Hate speech content
4:The account is used in an aggressive,bigoted, harrassing or threatening manner
5:An account is used to illegally distribute copy righted works
6:An account is used in such a way that it could cause physical or psychological harm
7:An account is used to breach ones privacy
Privacy:
1:All data is to be stored for 5 years in a central profile to provide personalised services and tailor results to increase your enjoyment of your experience.After this data is anonymized.
2: Data may be put anomalously into Advertisement databases used to target adverts effectively and so make you see advertising that is most likely to be useful for you.
3:Ogo reserves the right to share your data with law enforcement or intelligence for criminal investigative services if a warrant is received
4: Data will be shared across Ogos Services to provide an integrated user experience.
5:You will be able to access all data stored on you such as search history, Ogobook posts, financial transactions and location history.
6:Ogo will never share data with a third party without a court warrant from the country of the user.
Financial information:
1:Ogo promises to never share financial information with 3rd parties(other than law enforcement with warrants)
2:Ogo will take payment from you and then pay product and service providers.
Content:
1:You hold the right to any content you upload to Vogo, or any of Ogo's services
2:Ogo reserves the right to use content you upload for marketing purposes
3:Ogo reserves the right to scan through your content with Ogo bots to check for copyrighted works or any content that may break Ogo rules.
Ogo Authentication:
1:Ogo log in authentification will not share you password with any third party
2:Ogo log in will allow third parties you allow to check you name and password against Ogo's database for purposes of logging in.
3:Ogo log in authentification will store your data securely
Ogo Wallet:
1:Ogo will never share your credit card and debit card details with any third parties
2:Ogo will share your Ogo Wallet PIN and account number with third parties to authenticate payment
3:Ogo may report any suspicious financial transactions to law enforcement if a warrant is received or transaction is indicative of fraud or potentially malicious purposes.
Search rankings:
1:Ogo reserves the right to put promoted site up the rankings at the top but we will always display the fact a ranking is paid for.
2:Ogo reserves the right to omit sites from rankings that breach hate speech laws, national laws and copy right laws.
