Quick Notes for Later:
- The National Council requires having completed military service and achieved a rank (minimum rank needs to be decided). It is overseen by the Imperial Throne, although many times a representative of the Imperial Throne is sent.
- House of Representatives requires no dishonorable discharge. No rank needed to serve; can still be in service (although unusual). House of Representatives is largely a rubber-stamp for the National Council/Imperial Family. It is overseen by the Speaker of the House.
- All citizens of Kazemura are required to serve at least a year of military service and go through basic training. Women were included in the conscription some time in the mid-1500s.
- The Imperial Republic of Kazemura considers itself the successor state to the Heiwana Empire, which collapsed in the Age of Imperialism (history as to why to discuss later).
- The Imperial Republic of Kazemura operates with a mixed economy. Military production is nationalized. Public transportation, including railroads are considered public goods, as is the National Broadcasting Company.
- The Imperial Republic of Kazemura continuously pushes for technological prowess over its neighbors, to ensure continued wealth.
- The culture since the rise of the Imperial Republic has centered around reforging destiny and bringing about the return of the old Empire.
