Eternity RPC Board
So the Balochia crisis is mostly resolved and we have a rough outline of what we've decided privately. I've sent you the rough map that I doodled on my phone via discord. One of the primary reasons for this situation was to clear up that empty plot, remove an NPC, and pretty-fy the border, so we're content to let you decide what the border should be and then we'll post the closing posts re:how the borders were decided. Just make it look appealing, really, we'll make the IC work.
Harmajaa and Sev are splitting the land. the southern part of Balochia will join Sev, and the north Harmajaa. there will be a period of administration and transition that I plan to post about, at least for the Harmajaan side. I'll likely post a bit about how the southerners are adapting as well. The Harmajaan transition is going to be very awkward because there are a ton of saamo in balochia and administrating the new acquisition is going to be a huge drain on Harmajaa. My thoughts for the means of both sides absorbing balochia is via referendum, but we'll see.
How you determine the pop to be added is at your discretion. I believe I remember balochia had something like 5MM people in it I'm not sure where I heard that. There were way more Saamo than Balochs as well, but some on both sides have died. I am unsure how much exactly. Regardless of how the borders turn out, both ethnic groups are going to have a short period to get on "their side" once and for all. My ballpark all along had been 3.5MM saamo and 1.5MM balochs... so maybe 3 and 1 now plus change? maybe 3.3MM saamo and 1.3MM balochs? idk.
Let me know your thoughts. I plan to have some serious upheaval after all these new Saamo join Harmajaa.
