hehehehehe they are presently in defense pacts, from my understanding, as well as the WBEA.
As for any changes... both Florinthus and Oslanburg have new leaders who are even more committed to cooperation. Galeae also has a new chancellor. Vienland is sleepy, but will be transitioning into a new government soon.
