I'd have more questions if you guys wanna use it for non-spacey commercial stuff, but you guys are in a hurry and that's not what you want, so whatever.
- clarifies it is considering "hypersonic precooled air-breathing rocket engine" technology,
- approves this submission,
- affirms the technology is available to any first-world country with a developed and advanced space program,
- grants Kazemura and Singan a leading role in its research and development,
- mandates that it may only be used for spacecraft and military aircraft.
