Goldecia would send King Edmund III , his wife and kids as well as cousins etc(assuming Goldecian royal familiy is welcome). Otherwise they'd send the pm and foreign minister to represent the government side.

Strathae would send the King, High Chief and foreign minister

Svarna Surya President and Foreign minister.

All would be arriving by plane, private jet(for security reasons) and using probably hired luxury cars like Morgan Royce's for example in the Goldecian case.
