An emergency meeting was called in the imperial palace in Handwenstad about the situation in the holy lanlanian empire it is of deep concern of the soyabarian goverment and the soyabarian royal house that the HLE might implode itself so the emperor of soyabar decided after the meeting to write a telegram to the Holy lanlanian emperor
