Approved Discussion on Graphene batteries

Well, any comment from anyone would've been nice, so I don't spend a thread talking to myself. Like usual.

* Ayzek puts on suit and tie.

Give a lack of comment and generally informative opening report, the Directorate will now process this claim. It:

• approves this submission,
  
• affirms that graphene technology is available to any first-world country,
  
• recognizes Lanlania, Aurentine, and Goldecia as leaders in the graphene field,
  
• establishes the following guideline on the use of graphene batteries:
  

Standard Graphene-based batteries shall have a similar lifespan (400-1200 cycles),  4-5 times the storage capacity, and charge in 15% of the time as conventional Li-ion batteries of comparable scale. Storage capacity may be increased at the expense of lifespan. However, the battery degrades faster at higher capacity, so it's arguably not worth it. These guidelines shall remain in place until reality overturns them.
