What is Fascism

Esteemed philosopher, fascism is a failed system. Totalitarianism without egalitarianism is a petty dictatorship[1]. Likewise, democracy without egalitarianism is a lynch mob[2], and democracy with egalitarianism has never been tried without ending in a spectacular violent failure[3]. Only totalitarianism with egalitarianism - that is to say, Pure Total Meritocracy - is capable of serving the people through serving the state, who are themselves both an extension of and heirs to the state[4]. Only when the person is totally secure and healthy and able to do good is the state totally secure and healthy and able to do good. Only Pure Total Meritocracy balances the needs of the Individual and the Society while prospering both, unlike robber-baron democracies who allow one percent of the population to bloat into hundobillionaires and seize the resources of the common man, letting him starve in the streets. Neither is it like so-called communist societies, who reduce each man and woman to a serial number and amount of labor before death. Pure Total Meritocracy allows an equal starting point for all and lets men and women rise and fall on their own merits. The capable uptier, while the lazy and inept downtier. This is not to say that Pure Total Meritocracy does not protect the invalid and the aging. The existence of the Dependent Tier (DT-X) for citizens is a reflection of the reality that different people must be judged by different standards if they are afflicted by age, genetics, or are non-human. Yet despite this, again the driven uptier and the complacent downtier in the Dependent Tier[5].
