Dismissed Discussion on Telex

This is similar already existing technology in the world I would assume. This is basically a morse code like system and likely has already been surpassed by the general community. I don't really see a need for items for this to be discussed here. IN the past, such technologies always seemed questionable, or in-development of real life technology and thus its impacts on the RPG community needed to be considered and ruled upon by the Directorate.
