I'm gonna go with Achia's economy getting pretty rekt (60%), and Arkiania's getting modestly (<10%) rekt. Achian casualties are a bit too low-balled for my liking, given you're saying Arkiania destroyed notable swaths of Achian settlements. Also, I don't doubt that Octitania would've welcomed many Achian refugees even after the main fighting was over (so Arkiania'd get a negative migration rate after the war). Still, as the only lasted a handful of months, the population lost immediately is pretty small--less than 4%.

Arkiania would, however, face negative GDP growth in the immediate aftermath of the war due to loss of trade from sanctions and the fact that the national economy was upended by a war with what was a neighbor and close trade partner.

Having annexed Achia, Arkiania's stats in 1588 would be:
53,601,260 persons over an area of 437,063.80 km2 for a density of 122.64/km2
its GDP would be $1,633,635,906,355.20 or $30,477.57 per capita.
