The Soyabarian commonwealth

So with New Zealmarkian independance underway, I would like to found the soyabarian commonwealth. It would like to the British commonwealth. The head of state of new zealmark would be the soya emperor but for the rest would be independant.

How would the international community react to this? And yes I know svarna would not agree on this

Svarna actually has no issues if new zealmark gets real independence and decides its future. It has no beef with soyabar other than the colonialism.

Arkiania would only accept complete independence. This can be negotiated. I dont really know anymore...
