President Thongerlo looked out the window of his work office in the Federaal house, his presidential palace where he works from, the months of hard work paid off. The parliament has passed his leglislature making it possible to unite the splintered lands of greater Sternland whatever it takes.
The leaders from all the other states arrived in the capitol in a timely fashion, by motorcade from either their respective countries or from the military airbase where their flights had landed in the past couple of hours.
Hotels rooms were occupied, days past finally the Sternlander leaders convened in the large parliamentary building to discuss. The subject at hand, reunification of the greater sternland. The former legendary empire founded by Stylo the great first of his name, emperor of sterns protector of (A18) where the sterns were chased away from in ages past.
President Thongerlo stepped up to the speaking platform sweating, knees weak. He started speeching our lands have become a bowl of spaghetti. Not the good kind of our mothers and our grandmothers. We have been divided we’ve face economic crisis after crisis. We the federation of Sternland have a proposal for you, all men from greater Sternland we must unite or face extinction.
The entire room went into uproar some cheering others booing, some in protest others proclaiming their loyalty. The speaker of the house slammed his wooden hammer on his wooden anvil and yelled ooordah ooordah in his microphone the room silenced over a couple of moments.
The president continued his speech we will not have a big debate, we do not have any time to spare you all know the necessesity of this action, on the other side of the mountains lies a threat to all of our fates. It will eat us all if we do not all act and unite under a single banner. Even yee of little faith will be swallowed whole!
Discussion once again erupted with the same routine happening once again. There was no unanimous agreement it seemed.
You all know that this will happen said the president. Under our leadership we WILL be able to puch back against our northeastern threat and crush them.
Some fell silent in thinking others yelled out never will we submit to the Federation of Sternland!
We will now go to the vote, years of diplomatic talks have prepared us for this very moment. Said president Thongerloo. The votes casts are counted and weighted automatically in terms of population
Everyone their voting machines turned on. Lights on the voting counter lit up with orange lights. Slowly everyone casted their votes. The votes where officially in the speaker announced them as follows.

THE FEDERATION OF STERNLAND VOTES FOR UNIFICATION!!
THE MOTION CARRIES! THE PROCESS OF UNIFICATION WILL START!
The representatives, with legal power to decide on this matter of northern sternland started to protest, they stood up. And proclaimed if it is war, you want you will get a war! We will not stand for unification we will remain our own sovereign state!

I'm moving this to the planning stage, It has been over a year now since I asked permission I see no reason for it not to progress other than noone cares. I believe that people will join in once it gets active.
TL;DR of the story; the people of sterland proper seek anchluss with some other lands that belonged to stern tribes in the past but the smaller plots have the same situation as austria, sudetenland, parts of switzerland, danzig in their respective timeframes. There's room for diplomacy and peacefull but it will end in war which sternland in this plot will win. or end up in a cold war era war in the north of the country

How would it affect things?
War at first and a chunck of land for sternland. It would be destablize the region up north. The blitzkrieg style will likely overwelhm the defenders in a couple of weeks
Supporting Argument:
Sternland has a low claim on these lands, Sternland is inhabited by a people that migrated from the "europe" from this world, thats the background of the nation

Delays to the Denett Canal
Delays continue to plague major upgrades to the Denett Canal in southern Mestra. Continuous storm surges have caused major damage to several key locks on the eastern lock system, while tensions remain high with local residences on the western coast of the province. The Provincial government has reassured the Imperial government that the the canal will be continued within the next two years as scheduled. Major doubt befalls the project as many experts claim unusual storms in recent months have halted most efforts to finish the project. Pressure from I'valis, continues to mount as the Imperial Senate has begun to inquire about the time delay and the overall cost. No comment has been given from the Imperial Palace, an oddity given the push for the project by the Crown Prince. Once completed, the increased locks system will facilitate larger cargo ships and overall increase the rate of transport across the canal. The canal facilitates the transportation of 2.3 billion Denari of goods per day. The canal provides a major source of income for the southern provinces of Mestra.

This thread contains the forms you need to use if you wish to request something from the Directorate.
Instructions
Copy the form you need and post it as a new thread here in the Directorate. Please check that you use the right thread prefix for your request.
Use an NPC Campaign form if you wish to play with or as an established NPC for whatever reason. Currently Aion has no NPCs, so this isn't likely the thing you're looking to do.
Use an Expansion Campaign form if your goal in the campaign is to annex an unoccupied (or NPC) area. War and conflict with another PC country - including for the aim of annexation - only requires your coordination with your RP partners and this form is not needed.
Use the Post-conflict Statistics Update if you've just finished any sort of major conflict such as a war or a civil war or mass terrorism or aliens or whatever, and you need Mods or Admins to update the maps and statistics for you.
Use an Other Request form if you have a request for some kind of admin action that doesn't fit within one one of the other forms.

The point of this forum is to allow players to post treaties that exist as a consequence of RP, for reference and posterity. To help with the possibility of any future sorting (and to make things look good), please try to follow these guidelines where possible:
