I'll take the initiative in hosting this conference. It'd be much better to discuss the specificity of our plans in an IC context, I think, and also so we can get the ball rolling.

It will most definitely lead to war. How you wish to get involved is your choice, but one of the countries, Falsea, is some kind of socialistic state, so do with that what you will.
