Welcome to the Ninth Voice of Siora Contest! After a long hiatus, we will finally see the triumphant return of Siora’s premiere musical competition! The selected host for the 1596 is Kazemura due to its success in the Eighth Voice of Siora Competition in 1594.

We now have a projected timeline for our competition. If there’s any changes due to any random amount of reasons, participants will be informed as soon as possible. Without further ado, here’s the timeline:

6 Dec, 2018 – 26 Dec, 2018 – Song submission for all phases is open.

26 Dec, 2018 – Submission of Studio Phase song closes. Anyone who has not submitted a Live Phase song to go with their already-submitted Studio Phase song may still do so after this point.

27 Dec, 2018 – 3 Jan, 2019 – Preliminary Vote for Studio Phase.

4 Jan, 2019 – Preliminary Vote concludes. All Live Phase submissions must be turned in; failure to do so will result in removal from the competition. Any points awarded towards removed entrants during the Preliminary Vote will be randomly distributed to other nations.

4 Jan, 2019 – 17 Jan, 2019 – Live Phase songs will be published. Final Vote for Live Phase will take place.

18 Jan, 2019 – Final Vote concludes. Host nation will vote for nations who failed to submit a Final Vote using a random number generator.

20 Jan, 2019 – Results of the 1596 Voice of Siora announced. 1598 Voice of Siora host selection announced.

All rules listed on the first post of this thread will be carried over to this Voice of Siora with the following clarification being listed below:

• Any song submitted must have at least 80% of all lyrics in the submitting nation’s official language. Should no official language be listed for the nation, its most prevalent language (the language used the most) should be used.

Song submission for all phases is now open. Please go ahead and PM me your entries using the submission template in the first post of this thread.
