1:There will be fair Local democracy for Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark
2:An Internationally monitored and conducted referendum on status and name of Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark including possibilities of independence, or vassalisation by Soyabar or remaining the same with only existing people allowed to vote(no new arrivals to vote, New arrivals as being defined as people living in Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark for less than 10 years) and no interference in the referendum from Soyabar or Svarna Surya will be conducted.This includes donations by any international party to any side or visits from politicians.
3:Svarna and Soyabar will both contribute 50% of costs to rebuilding of Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark
4:Svarna Surya will retain access to the the ports of Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark for corporations
5:A joint owned railway service will be operated between Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark and Svarna Surya
6:No illegal weapons or drugs will be transported via the ports of Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark
7:Svarnans in Sūrya bhūmi rā'ijiṅga/New Zealmark shall be protected from discrimination based on their religion, ethnic group or political persuasions.
