Geography:
Strathae is a land of mountains and hills. The climate is temperate with harsh winters and good for grazing cows and sheep. The land is hilly with plenty of peaks and the nation is surrounded by mountains. Most of the great forests have survived due to the small population.The conditions are ideal for crops such as barley, corn (maize), hay ,rye, and wheat.

Education:
Schools are regulated by the royal commission of schools under the education department there are major private schools with most students being educated in state schools run by local authorities in their village or in some cases the main school for the area in the capital depending on the size of the clan area.

Colleges are based in the capitals of clan territories  and in the major cities.
