Emperor's funeral - Soyabarian Empire - 12-05-2018

I just want to check if there are people that want to attend the funeral procession of the old emperor of soyabar

I suppose depending on our relations, (either non existence or normal "friendly"), the Imperium can send a representative. Likely not the Emperor, but perhaps another member of one of the Royal Families.

Given that the two nations had no contact, it's non existence but it would be a good favor towards the new republic if you would send someone. From at least the diplomatic rank or a royal person (royal would be more appriopriate given who is being buried)

It seems unlikely that neither nation had any contact, I mean it is the modern times, I'm sure there are dealings from private citizens and the like. I was more referring if there were more formal relations between the two. Regardless if there are or not, I am more than happy to send someone of course. Perhaps, a gesture to increase formal relations.
With that in mind, Mestra would send Lord Brian Lucas Halva, Grand Duke of I'valis and Foreign Minister of the Imperium. Brian is also a close cousin to Emperor Edward Christof ve Meneris.

Most of my nations are likely to send some minor diplomatic representative.
No member from Hôinôm royal family would attend the funeral though.

Goldecia would send a representative from the Royal house the king might even attend himself with his family, they certainly have enough money to.
