Goldecia and Svarna after new governments both want to do tours to establish new ties with nations. In Goldecias case they want more economic relations and relations where countries work together in crime fighting. In Svarnas case they want to etablish good relations with socialist nations , work together on security in ostara and want to discuss help in bringing Tata to justice as well as ensure all assets of his organisation are handed over to the new co-operative in charge(in return your tariffs at least half on your imports to svarna).
