The People's Will - Nentsia - 05-20-2017 The People's Will For Humanity Against Neoliberalism Ulrick Brandt re-elected to NPA leadership by Congress 1584 Ulrick Brandt was re-elected to the leadership of the NPA by the Congress of the NPA. Despite his overwhelming victory, he needed to regain the confidence of the Congress and party members due to the disappointing election results so far. One of the criticisms by the party members is that the NPA has been invisible in recent years, and that Brandt isn't showing enough zeal to stand up for the interests of the marginalized classes of Nyland. ''Neoliberalism dominates Nyland now unchallenged'', one member complained. Ulrick Brandt accepted the criticism, but defended himself he was confronted with the task of reorganizing and building the party from the base in the past few years. He shared the concerns about the growing dominance of neoliberalism in Nyland, a plague which he considered ''a crime against humanity''. ''The Nyland Liberals have dominated Nylander politics for decades. The other parties take turns in facillitating their destructive economic agenda, ever aimed at growth rates to satisfy the boardrooms of International Greed. I have very well understood the message of the members: Take off the gloves, and fight the criminals that dominate this political system.'' The Marxist Caucus within the NPA officially proposed to put the expulsion of the Nylander finance industry on top of the Party's agenda, but a majority rejected the proposal. The party was sympathetic however to advocate for special prosecution committees to be set up in the future to specialize in financial crime and corruption and to focus entirely on the white-collar crimes of the banking elite in Nyland, and to implement heavy punishments. ''In Nyland one has to work for his money. Hard work is to be rewarded. Swindlers and con-men are to be locked up!'' shouted Brandt, one of the advocates of this proposal. The Congress ended with thousands of members chanting ''Down with Kohout. Down with the Oligarchy!'' The Nylander Popular Alliance demands true Popular government for Nyland. The existing system is archaic, designed hundreds of years ago by elitists who feared the masses. The current system serves the interests of Oligarchs and obstructs the well-being of the Nylander people. The NPA wants direct, grassroots democracy, radical decentralization, and all power to the People! 2. Fair Wages for Honest Work! In Nyland there are millions of people working several jobs to make ends meet. These people work hard, but earn very little. Nyland was founded as a country where everyone can become rich if you work hard enough. This is an empty myth in today's society. The NPA demands justice for the millions of Nylander workers, who struggle on a daily basis, while bankers make millions in mere seconds for nothing but speculation with other people's money. In the Nyland that the NPA is fighting for, the banker will be the one struggling to make ends meet, and the one who works three jobs will be a millionnaire! 3. Down with the Banking Oligarchy! Our country's economy and political system is being dominated by big business interests, corporate greed and bankers. Our economy isnt growing, the people are struggling, but the richest 1% has never seen so much economic growth. The country is being sold out to handful of clever capitalists. The NPA will immediately shut them out, seize their assets, and drive them into prison - the prison's theyve themselves built to exploit for cheap labor. 4. Down with the Neoliberal Rulers! The NPA demands the immediate resignation of President Kohout and seeks to overthrow the rule of the Neoliberal oligarchy that dominates the archaic Nylander political system. NL, NCL, the UP, PCP, NKR - all of Nyland's parties support the Neoliberal program. It's a political cartel, designed to give the voter the illusion there is something to choose. The NPA will use a sledgehammer to tear it down.
