Same as it ever was.

For technology that exists
You can use it as it exists. It's fair game. This nation RP is set in modern times, which allows the use of technology that exists up to our current modern lives.

For technology that doesn't exist
Or, it exists only as theory. Or, it's been explored and experimented with, but isn't in use. Or, it's something that hasn't been explored, but with research it's reasonable to assume that it could exist given modern means and methods. If a technology or process fits this bill and you want to use it in RP, let's have a discussion on its viability and RP merits.

This process is for technologies/equipment that don't already exist in real-life. If it does, then submitting a form isn't necessary unless it is developed and used beyond its existing real capabilities.

What about old stuff?
If you're talking about stuff approved for Siora, this setting is not Siora. Futuristic/invented technologies approved in Siora will need to go through approval for use in Aion separately, though we will probably give them an easier time.

The Process:
  1. Open a thread titled "Discussion on <thing you want>" in this forum
  2. Discuss technology with your peers
  3. Await verdict
