Some updates:
Twitter has granted me access to their API. As such I can now begin working on developing the bot. This will take some time.
In the meantime, I'll set up scripts with IFTTT to work with the listed accounts. As a note, this is not a perfect system. Unfortunately IFTTT has a nasty habit of not taking down messages in a timely fashion (or in some cases, at all. >_>) but it's better than nothing.
