Uhh...yes. The architecture can be licensed out. If that is what enables Arks company to make its thing.
As for which source is dominant... I'm not convinced we should go with a UNIX world. Why do you want this?

Because historical context. Technolgical progression. Especially with this later tech. Whoever discovered it first would have a significant advantage in the making of the things. Plus we're bad at sharing. There's also that it's "fairer" to grant new players a neutral toy, than one that could be controlled by it's rivals or enemies.
Also, it's not every big thing. Must modern ones.
I'd honestly like to make tidloss Lanlanian though. Also, note: players can still overtake Nyland's generic/standard defaults. One just has to actually work for it by explicitly communicating with a majority of players and convince them to use it's toy. That's always been on the table. And it's arguably fairer than obtaining an arbitrary majority from the Directorate.

Ayzek Ogos jelly os is not like mac or apple. Its free and open source for any manufactaurer. Its likely to be the biggest or big in terms of mobile where Ogo dominates or is big and so fairly big in them markets. Sure it probably faces competition but it would be big with many phone options on it.Which I have gained consent for alot of nations to become the major internet company in their nation.I'm not even caring if its big in every nation,why can't we have multiple big search engines,multiple big social media ,multiple big os's with standard file formats etc .
